Medisystems extends Customer Support for all its Products and Systems. The following Activities fall under Customer Support which Medisystems makes available to its Customers and Clients :
On-site Product and System Service and Maintenance.
Supply of Spares and Consumables for all Products and Systems.
Annual Maintenance Contracts for all Products and Systems.
On-Site and Off-site Product Repair. Off-Site Repair can be handled either at Medisystems’ factory in Mumbai or at the Local Representative’s premises, elsewhere.
On-site Guidance and Assistance for Site Preparation of Systems. Areas covered include
ICU’s, Operating Theatres, Wards, Nurse-Stations, OPD Waiting Areas and Examination Rooms.
On-Site implementation of Cabling and Conduiting for ICU’s, Operating Rooms, Nurse-Call & Patient-Call Systems, In-Patient, Day Care and General Wards, Maternity Areas, Delivery Rooms & LDRP’s and Neonatal ICU’s.
Installation and Commissioning of Instruments and Systems along with their Related accessories.
Training of Hospital’s Staff in the correct use and handling of Medisystems Products And Systems.
Supply of Educational materials to assist the Hospital’s Staff understand and make Effective use of Medisystems Products and Systems installed at the Hospital.
Training of Hospital’s Biomedical Engineers and Medical Equipment technical support personnel, to help ensure maximum uptime and long life for Medisystems Products and Systems installed at the Hospital.
Interaction with Hospital Consultants, Contractors and Planners to ensure smooth integration of Medisystems Products and Systems with related equipment being mounted and installed by other Suppliers.
Preparation and Distribution of Drawings, Documents and Manuals to assist the Hospital in routine upkeep of Medisystems Products and Systems installed.
